Does Lil Durk have a private jet? We found no aircraft registered to him. The one private jet story attached to his name is not about ownership: according to reports of the federal complaint, he booked a chartered private jet to Italy on the day he was arrested in October 2024.

The October 2024 Italy booking

The reporting on the private flight comes from coverage of the federal criminal complaint. Complex, in a story published on October 25, 2024, reported that according to the unsealed complaint, he booked flights to Dubai and Switzerland that he did not board, and later that day booked a private jet to Italy for 9 p.m. local time. Federal agents arrested him in Florida on October 24, about an hour before that flight was due to depart, according to the same report.

We repeat only what is relevant to the aviation question. He was charged in a federal murder-for-hire case, and the details of that case were allegations made by prosecutors. We do not summarize the allegations here.

As for where the case stands: on September 11, 2026, a federal jury in Los Angeles found him not guilty of murder for hire, conspiracy and stalking resulting in death, according to a CP24 report published the next day.
